Victorian Medical Staff Corps Officers Large Patten Fire Gilt Button

Circa 26mm in diameter, fixed shank and maker marked J.W. Firmin & Sons Ld, London. In very good bright condition with a brilliant fire gilt finish. Some very minor wear. Worn 1855 - 1898. From 1898 they became the RAMC.
