Indian Army - Central India Horse ( 21st King George V 's Own Horse ) Officers OSD Bronze Cap Badge - Blades
British made die-cast crowned crossed lances with CIH cypher to the centre. Two original blades to reverse. I have not attempted to bend these to a better shape given they tend not to like too much manipulation. Excellent colour and condition.
The Central India Horse (21st King George V's Own Horse) was a regular cavalry regiment of the British Indian Army. They were formed at the start of the Mutiny of 1857 and served in the Great War and World War II. During World War II they were equipped with Light Tanks and Indian Pattern Carriers, and acted as the divisional reconnaissance regiment for the 4th Indian Division in the Western Desert and beyond.
