Kings Own Scottish Borderers ( KOSB ) (25th Foot) Larger Pattern Victorian Other Ranks White Metal Glengarry Badge

A good heavy quality early pattern die stamped white metal example with three original (squeezed but functional) loops and a JR Gaunt London tablet to the reverse. In good condition but would benefit from a light clean and verdigris to loop bases. Circa 7.7cm tall. This is not a HPC or a converted HPC. Hard to find. The Victorian pattern crown worn 1887-1901, King's imperial crown thereafter.
