Honourable Artillery Company ( HAC ) Officers Victorian Waist Belt Clasp ( WBC ), 1855 - 1901

A very fine and scarce silver and gilt example, following the pattern worn by the Grenadier Guards, the circlet inscribed “ Honorable Artillery Company ”; mounted on the seeded gilt centre, a silver flaming grenade, the ball of the grenade bearing gilt Crowned VR Cypher, reversed and interlaced. Universal pattern rococo ends. No benchmarks. A little wear gilt highpoints and silver dark toned otherwise excellent condition.
