WW2 Home Front BBC ( British Broadcasting Corporation ) Radio National Service War Service Badge - maker marked Miller - Women 's issue

Scarce wartime BBC chromed pin badge with blue enamel centre. The reverse has the maker's details "H.W.Miller Ltd. B'Ham.18". Very good condition with no damage to the enamel although there is light scratching to it from usual wear. It has its original pin fixings and C clasp although the pin is a professional replacement. Circa 3cm tall.

See the copy photo of a WW2 BBC radio journalist wearing such a badge on his lapel, although this particular one is the pin fitting for wear by females.
