WW1 2nd Battalion ( Territorial Force ) The Monmouthshire Regiment Brass Cap Badge - Woodward

A scarce brass cap badge for this territorial regiment as worn from 1908 to 1922. In good condition with some slight polishing to the highpoints with original slider maker marked " F. E. Woodward Bham " (correct naming style). The tail does not have the distinctive arrow-head tail, but the hint of one, either this pattern did not have one or it has sadly been broken off. Reflected in price.
