WW1 vintage original postcard of Royal Navy Sailor of HMS Vernon posing next a Naval Brigade style gun

Postally unused and in good condition. An interesting image of an older Petty Officer. He is wearing crossed axes on the right arm. A few stains to reverse and the word Navy in pencil.
