WW1 Silver Wound Badge ( SWB ) Number 384201 to Captain Frank Waller, The 12th London Regiment

Dark toned and with original pin and clasp. Good condition. Stamped 384201. Scarce to an officer, good rank, worthy of further research. Came in small red card box and with some research. A quick check of the London Gazette for 25th September 1914 shows him being commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the 12th ( County of London ) Battalion, The London Regiment ( The Rangers ) on 27th August 1914.
