WW2 Theatre Made 50th ( Northumbrian ) Division ( Tyne & Tees ( TT )) Formation Sign

The 50th ( Northumbrian ) Division was a first-line Territorial Army Division. It fought with distinction in Europe and North Africa, and were present at the Normandy landings. This is woven on black felt, but which looks to have been theatre made and a note accompanying it written by a noted military historian (name will be provided to purchaser), speculates it was made in Egypt. Circa 4.5cm wide and 5.5cm tall.
