Original WW1 (German ) Postcard of a Disabled British Tank

This tank looks to have been badly holed in the back quarter, and given the contentinal 7 in the date 25th September 1917 on the reverse, and the writing which, appears to me to be a German, I have assumed this is a German taken image. Scarce.

The Battle of the Menin Road Ridge was fought between 20th - 25th September 1917, so not sure if there is any correlation between this action and the image.
