Medium Pattern Gilt Button as worn by a member of the personal staff of Edward, Prince of Wales, Made for the Royal Tour to India & Burma in 1921 - 22

Engraved medium sized gilt button, circa 1.4cm in diameter, flat backed button with fixed shank. Maker marked Firmin London. Only the medium button is for sale in this listing, the larger version is separately listed. They are depicted together for comparison purposes.

Worn during the visit by Edward, Prince of Wales, later Duke of Windsor to India & Burma November 17, 1921 - March 7, 1922. He sailed on HMS Renown.
