16th ( The Queen's ) Lancers Other Ranks Bi-metal Cap Badge - Firmin

A great two part construction badge with six sweat / braising holes to the reverse and original slider. More of a coppery brass colour and white metal rather than yellow brass (good to know if you are trying to match up with some collar badges). Lovely condition.

The 16th Lancers were amalgamated with the 5th Royal Irish Lancers in 1922, but the badge of the old 16th was adopted going forward.
