WW1 Comic Home Front Rations Art Postcard

Postally used, GV stamp, postmark looks like July 1918. Bit grubby but in good condition with only minor corner bruising, but has writing on both front and back. We usually think of rationing as a WW2 phenomenon, but the German submarine efforts in WW1 almost brought Britain to its our knees.
