Unique collar badge to the 268 ( Warwickshire ) Field Regiment, Royal Artillery, circa 1950s. All ranks wore small gilt grenades with silver Ubique scrolls below as collar badges on their battledress blouses. (See Plate 59 and Fig. 314 in Norman Litchfield's book)

A high gilt and silver plated two part construction metal collar badge with two original lugs. Embossed on the reverse with the maker's details, Ludlow London. Circa 3.8cm tall. gilt bright with slight verdigris to the reverse only.

(Note seven flames as worn by RA as opposed to nine as worn by RE).
