WW1 postcard - Brigade Sergeant Major Richard Harlow - his own souvenir card to the troops!

Great self-publicity - everybody needs to fondly remember their RSM! Postally unused, taken by a Clapham Junction photographer . Pencil details on reverse confirming he was RSM of the London Regiment ( 1917 - 1919) and also a London County Council employee before serving, and worked in the teaching staff, Education Officer's Department. These details match his entry is in the LCC War Record. Book.
