Bevan, Pilot - Missing presumed killed in action on 3rd December 1917. Apart from the MIC and CWGC site searches. No serious research done on this young man. From Gowerton, Glamorgan, Wales. Remembered on the Arras Flying Services Memorial. Medal correctly impressed 2.Lt W.Bevan. NEF, dark toned. Replacement ribbon. Prior service with 28th ( Artists Rifles ) London Regiment as a Private, regimental number 763813 ( MIC at WO 372/2/373232 refers).
