A large sold cast brass musicians badge with a gilt finish to front. The fleur-de-lys is quite decorative if a little but roughly cast with two large integral tombstone style fixings to the reverse. 78th Ross-shire Buffs forage cap pre 1881, modified
A 78th Ross-shire Buffs yellow brass die struck forage cap badge with three dark toned loops to the reverse but with the top number '78' removed.
