Early facing pair pattern of bi-metal colllar badges with two original lugs to the reverse with two braising / sweat holes behind the white metal scrolls. Not quite matching, one with slight shave to shoulder - should have gone to spec savers! Worn from end of Victorian era until just after WW1.

Bi-coloured anodized aluminium ( staybrite ) facing collar badges (not quite matching) with original square lug to each. Worn vertically in pairs facing left and right on the No 2 Dress ( SD ) jacket. In good condition (some minor wear to one lug). Worn by Fusilier Brigade soldiers 1962 - 1968, and the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers thereafter.

This is not as it would first appear, the standard other rank 's RNF bi-metal cap badge. From the front and dimensions it would appear to be so, but it has two original lugs to the reverse as opposed to the standard issue slider. Outer petals in white metal, which according to Churchill may have been worn by Warrant Officers and senior NCOs. Evidence of plating to the two original copper lugs to reverse. In good condition with some wear to high point of rose. Circa 2.8cm across.

A single right facing grenade collar badge with seven points to flames and with St George mounted in silver. Circa 5.8cm wide. Worn in facing pairs horizontally on the tunic and blue frock coat. Removed from uniform with traces of glue to the reverse. In good conidtion, has some age to it and silver dark toned. Worn 1881 - 1914.

Victorian 36th ( Herefordshire ) Regiment of Foot Brass Other Ranks Collar Badge, 1873 - 1882.
Early pattern collar badge, with two original brass lugs to the reverse. Slight touch of verdigris to front. Circa 2.6cm tall. In good condition with sharp detail. Scarce.
In 1881 the regiment merged with 29th (Worcestershire) Regiment of Foot to become the 2nd Battalion of the Worestershire Regiment.
