Scarce WW I brass cap badge with the loops neatly replaced by a stout brooch pin fitting to the reverse as worn by the 31st (Tadcaster) West Riding Ambulance Unit, possibly adapted for wear on a nurse's apron given they had female nurses attached to the unit.
