2nd Battalion Worcestershire Regiment / 64th Brigade / 19th Indian Division Insignia Combination (14th Army, Burma)

A yellow dagger and arm on a red square, removed from uniform, with a stitched in back panel. Has seen some service wear, but colours still reasonably bright. Good condition overall together with a woven shoulder title for the Worcestershire Regiment.

Known as the Dagger Division, it was the 19th who, after severe fighting established the Irrawaddy bridgehead and went on to liberate Mandalay.
