29th Independent Infantry Brigade Embroidered Felt Cloth Formation Sign

In unissued condition. Most likely a 1950s Korean War era issue for which the 29th Independent Infantry Brigade was reformed as part of United Nations forces and completed operations in Korean in November 1951.

This badge is the same as that worn by the 29th Independent Brigade group during the Second World War. The circle was said to represent the 'O' of General Oliver Leese, who was the first commander of the formation.
