WW1 National Reserve West Lancashire Mufti Enamel and Gilt Buttonhole Lapel Badge

A good original First World War period 'National Reserve West Lancashire gilt badge' large pattern example in the form blue enamel oval title, gilt Crown to voided centre, the reverse with maker's details "J.R. Gaunt London". Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel. Circa 3.4cms in height.
